Jane Letton

Jane joined RWBH as an associate in 2010 after articling with the firm. Her legal practice covers all manners of labour and employment law. While her work primarily encompasses grievance arbitrations, representation for professional misconduct and capacity matters, and wrongful dismissal claims, she has also represented clients at the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and in long term disability appeals and worked on Judicial Reviews and the Bill 115 Charter Challenge.

At law school, Jane volunteered with and completed the clinical legal education program at the Community Legal Aid Services Programme (CLASP), a legal aid clinic where she worked on a test case at the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal involving the disclosure of Mental Health Act records as part of employment screening. She served on the Board at CLASP as well as co-chairing the Mental Health Police Records Check Coalition,
